Our week in review(30th Oct-4th Nov)
Health is a State of the complete physical, social, spiritual, and economic well-being of an individual, not merely the absence of an illness or infirmity. JFM started the week by creating Joy for a young man aged 25 years who had been battling a hernia for 19 years without help. He had lost hope because no one could reach him. JFm always comes at the right time of need to the people in different communities of Uganda. We want to assure you that the young man is so happy, praising Jesus for saving his life and creating a smile.
Did you know?
If a hernia becomes painful and not operated on, it can become strangulated (compromise of blood supply to the area), which is an immediate cause of hypoxia, tissue necrosis, and death! We thank all our dear donors for restoring hope to this young man. Throughout the week, we ran across a family on the end wall on what to do about their beloved daughter who was suffering from severe complicated malaria. The family couldn’t settle the medical account of the child due to financial constraints, and thus the baby couldn’t be helped out of danger, JFM came in at the right time and saved this soul, preached to the parents, and settled the medical bills for the young soul!
This week mostly went (“medical+spiritual”) to touch the physical and spiritual part of God’s people. May God bless you all as you continue to support the good cause! Thank you so much!
