JFM vision bearer papa Bill Wegener and Mr. Reno had a trip to Uganda, a ten-day visit that marked the beginning of 2023. We visited different places like granny Angela’s place, the orphanage home, Amazing Grace Church with pastor William, a crazy landing site, Dr. William’s working place, and many more locations.
They were so happy to see JFM’s delivery guys Mathiew and George in action in so many different places delivering food and gospel tracts. Ten incredible days worth every minute. It was good to see the daily activities of Ugandans in their day-to-day lives. Our hearts are full, and we are so thankful that God opened the doors wide for us to come and see the progress that has been made in such a short time.
Uganda is one of the poorest countries in the world, and it deserves JFM’s attention. Besides poverty, Ugandans also need to be deep in Christ’s knowledge. This is the reason why we preach the gospel, deliver food to the desperate, and give gospel tracts to as many as we reach.
It was also good to discuss the plans for JFM, not forgetting the success we have achieved in the past year, like building an orphanage home, and building Amazing grace church, to mention just a few.
Talking to a boy at the Jesus’ Well. Free water for around 1000 people who had to buy water or dip from a pond. What an eventful, fun day that was. Thank you, Iggy and Spacey. An excellent ministry friend donated new clothes for all the kids here. We are standing in front of the new house that JFM built for the kids who lost their house when it finally fell. When JFM found them initially, they were sleeping under an old tarp. Miracles do happen.
As always, we thank God for opening the doors for so much progress. And we can’t possibly express enough gratitude to our dear sponsors for making all of this happen. YOU, our dear DONORS are the real heroes here; you sacrifice by helping to enable and send us. And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the Gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:15
Greater Works Church. JFM has been able to help this church rebuild and restore.
William J. Wegener (Bill) is the founder and director of JesusFedMe.com, a ministry with a simple yet powerful mission: to feed the hungry, share the gospel of JESUS CHRIST, and transform lives in Uganda. Bill believes that meeting both physical and spiritual needs is the best way to reflect the love of GOD, and through JFM, countless lives have been touched.
Under his leadership, JesusFedMe.com has:
Delivered food daily to poor families and orphans. | Dug wells to provide clean water to villages. | Built homes and resource centers for struggling communities. |. Established the Miracle Medical Center (MMC) in Nakaseke District, providing medical care where none was available. |. Launched the CVTI Skilling Center, offering vocational training and hope for the future.
Bill’s heart for the poor flows from the words of JESUS in Matthew 25:35: “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in.” He often says that every bag of rice delivered, every child clothed, and every prayer offered is a reminder that GOD’s love is real and practical.
None of this would be possible without faithful donors who give generously. Bill sees himself not just as a director, but as a steward—ensuring that every dollar makes a difference in feeding the hungry and leading souls to CHRIST. His vision is to see communities in Uganda transformed, both physically and spiritually, through the power of the gospel and the kindness of those who support the work.
