At JesusFedMe (JFM), we continue to see the same challenges Jesus faced while reaching out to poor and needy people. Many families are struggling with hunger, sickness, unemployment, and hopelessness. Some people have lost faith because of the hard situations surrounding their lives.
Just as Jesus was criticized for helping the poor and rejected, ministries that serve vulnerable communities also face misunderstanding and discouragement. Sometimes people do not understand why we dedicate ourselves to feeding hungry families, praying for them, and sharing the Gospel with those society has forgotten.
JFM also faces financial challenges while trying to help many people with limited resources. The needs in communities are often bigger than what is available. There are days when food supplies run low, transport becomes difficult, or urgent cases arise unexpectedly.
Reaching remote villages and poor communities is not always easy. Long journeys, difficult weather conditions, and lack of proper infrastructure can make outreach work exhausting. Yet the burden to see lives changed keeps the mission moving forward.
Another challenge is seeing the deep pain many people carry in their hearts. Some widows, children, elderly people, and struggling families live without hope or support. JFM seeks not only to provide food but also to encourage them through prayer, love, and the message of Jesus Christ.
Despite all these challenges, JFM continues because the love of Christ compels us to serve. Every meal shared, every prayer offered, and every soul reached reminds us that God still cares for His people. Through faith and the support of kind-hearted partners, lives continue to be touched and transformed.
