True joy is not found in accumulating things for ourselves but in becoming a blessing to others. One of the greatest sources of happiness an individual can experience is being a joy giver. When we put smiles on the faces of others, we discover that our own hearts become filled with peace, purpose, and gratitude.
God created us to love, serve, and care for one another. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to transform someone’s life. A meal given to a hungry person, a word of encouragement, or a prayer offered in faith can restore hope to someone who is struggling.
The Bible reminds us in Galatians 6:7-9 that we reap what we sow. If we sow kindness, compassion, and generosity, we will eventually reap a harvest of blessings. God is never unjust to forget every seed that is planted in love. In due season, those who do not give up will reap a great reward.
Jesus Fed Me (JFM) lives by this principle every day. JFM brings joy to poor families by providing food, basic necessities, prayer, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. The ministry understands that feeding the body and nourishing the soul go hand in hand.
Every day, JFM becomes the hands and feet of Christ by reaching out to those who are forgotten and vulnerable. Through every meal distributed and every prayer offered, lives are touched, hearts are encouraged, and families are reminded that God has not forgotten them.
JFM receives good things from generous people and faithfully passes them on to those whom God wants to bless. The ministry does not keep blessings for itself; instead, it becomes a channel through which God’s love flows to others. This is a beautiful example of stewardship and obedience.
There is great joy in seeing children smile, families regain hope, and people open their hearts to receive Jesus Christ. True wealth is not measured by what we possess but by the number of lives we impact for the glory of God.
May we all become joy givers. Let us continue sowing seeds of love, kindness, and generosity, knowing that God will bring a harvest in His perfect time. As we bless others, we also experience the joy that only comes from serving God and touching the lives of those in need.
