We believe God directed us to visit around 20 local workers in the stone quarry today with Gospel Tracts, in addition to giving each of them 30,000 shillings in envelopes. thirty thousand shillings is worth approximately $10.00 – $12.00 US. This is equal to around two to three weeks’ pay, giving help to many to buy food for their families and perhaps some other needs.
Most workers couldn’t believe their eyes when they opened the envelopes with free money. “What is the catch” “Where are you coming from” “Who sent you.” As with our food deliveries, we tell them Jesus sent us because He Loves YOU. Visiting the stone quarry today would not have been possible without our generous donors. Today was a blessed day not only for them but for us. Great is our joy when we help those in need.
