Aloysius and Joseph, two young men who make their living by navigating the waters of Lake Victoria, were introduced to JFM during a brief boat ride. During their encounter, it became apparent that these two individuals had never encountered the teachings of Jesus Christ. With warmth and compassion, JFM shared the good news with them, and to their credit, Aloysius and Joseph received it with open hearts. Their newfound faith marked a profound transformation in their lives. In a gesture of kindness, JFM also offered them a bag of rice. This encounter serves as a testament to the power of faith and outreach, illustrating how a simple act of kindness can change lives. JFM, embodying the essence of “fishers of men,” continues to make a positive impact on those they encounter.

Bill’s heart for the poor flows from the words of JESUS in Matthew 25:35: “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in.” He often says that every bag of rice delivered, every child clothed, and every prayer offered is a reminder that GOD’s love is real and practical.
None of this would be possible without faithful donors who give generously. Bill sees himself not just as a director, but as a steward—ensuring that every dollar makes a difference in feeding the hungry and leading souls to CHRIST. His vision is to see communities in Uganda transformed, both physically and spiritually, through the power of the gospel and the kindness of those who support the work.
