JFM was shocked by the immensity of the food crisis and intensely concerned about the welfare of some locals in the community. When you look at some people, you can’t fail to pity them. With everyone facing different hardships, each family’s problems tend to make everyone not share food with neighbors. Thanks to JFM, we distributed door-to-door food to vulnerable families.
Our initiative targets poor families countrywide, prioritizing the elderly, disabled, and young children. We know the times are hard for everyone, and food insecurity is still challenging. Sometimes we reach a community, and our food supply is lacking the present requirement. Remember, each day, and we plan on giving out two 50 lb. bags of rice. We often find ourselves in a predicament and must delve into the following day’s food to provide for this day’s families sufficiently. We don’t wish to leave anyone without but the need is so great that it’s like we dipped our toe into the ocean. God help us.
