JesusFedMe (JFM) helps the needy not by taking away their responsibilities, but by easing their burdens and showing them the way to Jesus. The purpose of our help is not to make people dependent, but to strengthen them so they can stand again with hope and dignity. We believe that true help is not found only in giving food, but in providing encouragement and the gospel that transforms lives. When a hungry person eats, they gain the strength to work, pray, and believe again — that is the mission of JFM.
At JFM, we understand that helping someone does not mean taking away what they are supposed to do for themselves. Instead, it means standing with them during their most challenging moments so they can rise again. The food we give and the prayers we share are reminders that God still cares and that He wants them to walk in faith and responsibility. We do not replace their efforts; we renew their hope and energy to keep going.
Our ministry believes that when people are loved and cared for, they begin to see the goodness of God in action. JFM is not about creating dependence but about creating opportunity — opportunity for someone to believe, to trust, and to start rebuilding their life through the love of Christ. Every plate of food and every gospel message we share is meant to point souls to Jesus, the actual provider and Savior of all.
We exist to make life easier for the poor and to guide them toward the One who can change their story forever. As the Bible says in Galatians 6:2, “Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” That is the heart of JFM — to bear burdens, to feed the hungry, to share the gospel, and to lead souls to Christ. We help to ease life, not to take over it; we feed to restore hope, not to replace responsibility; and through it all, we glorify Jesus who works through us to touch lives.
