More people are testifying about our services. JFM traditionally chooses the kids to receive food as, culturally can be embarrassing for the adults. So we try to respect older people. We celebrate older people by giving them peace and not bothering them while requesting that the kids receive the much-needed food and gospel tract gifts. Delivering 150 pounds of rice daily can give each family, on average, anywhere from 8 to 20 pounds of food each.
We have received praise reports from people testifying for the great job JFM does in their communities. For example, JFM has been filling the food gap for many people in the surrounding area. We don’t pretend to be the answer to everyone’s hunger problems, but giving a week or two can close the starvation gap for many folks.

Bill’s heart for the poor flows from the words of JESUS in Matthew 25:35: “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in.” He often says that every bag of rice delivered, every child clothed, and every prayer offered is a reminder that GOD’s love is real and practical.
None of this would be possible without faithful donors who give generously. Bill sees himself not just as a director, but as a steward—ensuring that every dollar makes a difference in feeding the hungry and leading souls to CHRIST. His vision is to see communities in Uganda transformed, both physically and spiritually, through the power of the gospel and the kindness of those who support the work.
