Lack of food has been a roadblock to thousands of families struggling to survive in Uganda and the problem became the mission of Jesus Fed Me and decided to sacrifice its resources and time to feed the hungry. We have the zeal to extend help to most parts of Uganda to those struggling with food in their homes.
Literally, everyone has a childhood story, many of us while children found it so hard to attain a meal, others were neglected, others bowed, all kinds of inhuman injustice. So when we grow up we remember how we were treated so that we don’t allow such bad actions to happen to this new generation. If someone grew up while it was hard to get food that person is more likely to help those starving when he grows up and vice versa.
JFM proprietor recalls his childhood life, the challenges he faced, his heart got filled with compassion, and decided to help those struggling so that they don’t go through what he passed through.
With the skyrocketing price of food in Uganda, we make sure we deliver food to at least seven families daily. We are grateful to those friends (donors) who share with us to make it happen, to give hope to the homeless. In some pressing situations, JFM has to dig deeper into their pocket to sustain the kids they did not make.
We love to do this job because it blesses humanity and we fulfill the law of loving one another.
