Allow me to introduce you to Yvonne, a 19-year-old girl battling addiction to substances like weed, marijuana, and alcohol. During one of our encounters with Yvonne at Jesus Fed Me outreach, we approached her with sensitivity and discernment, understanding the delicate nature of her situation. Recognizing the importance of gaining her attention, especially as a young woman, i employed thoughtful tactics to engage her effectively. Through God’s grace, Yvonne was receptive to our guidance and counsel, and we remain steadfast in our belief in God’s power to bring about transformation in her life. As parting gifts, Jesus Fed Me provided her with a Philippians Bible and nourishment, trusting in the seeds of hope planted within her.
We prayed with Yvone believing God for redemption and more Grace. We all know the consequences of such behaviors.
