Mathiew’s journey with Bill to Kero village held profound moments of compassion and faith. Their visit to Granny Angella, a resilient lady in her 70s, was marked by JFM’s intention to provide much-needed food relief. However, what transpired exceeded expectations as a multitude of people gathered around. In this unexpected gathering, Jaxen shared the message of hope, and the presence of the Holy Spirit was palpable as they all listened intently. Astonishingly, more than 15 villagers chose to embrace Jesus. Notably, JFM had previously built a house for Granny Angella and her nine grandchildren, who had been living under a tent. After leaving Kero village, JFM continued their journey to Keren, a young widow in her 30s who had tragically lost her husband in a boda boda (motorcycle) accident. In her humble grass-thatched home, she cared for her seven children. JFM extended their generosity with food relief and offered prayers to comfort this grieving family in their time of sorrow.
