Great Nation, Great People
Celebrating American Independence and God’s Grace
On this day, we remember the independence of the United States of America with hearts full of thanksgiving. It was on July 4th, 1776, that America declared its freedom and took a bold step into history as a nation under God. From the foundations of faith, liberty, and justice, America has grown to become a powerful nation that has impacted the world in countless ways. As we reflect on this day, we thank God for His divine hand upon America and for raising up a nation that would shine a light across the earth.
America is not just a great nation because of its strength or wealth, but because of the values it was built on—freedom, faith, and the pursuit of righteousness. The Lord has used America to bless the world, from sending missionaries to every corner of the earth, to giving aid to the poor, to standing with nations in times of war and disaster. Truly, many lives across the globe—including here in Africa—have felt the hand of American kindness and generosity. We give thanks to God for the hearts of Americans who have answered His call to serve, give, and pray.
In our ministry, we have personally experienced the goodness of the American people. Many of our donors and prayer partners are from the United States. They have stood with us to feed the hungry, preach the gospel, and rescue the forgotten. Without their love, support, and obedience to God’s call, many lives would still be in suffering and darkness. Their giving is not in vain—God is using it for His glory. May God richly bless them and their families.
As America celebrates its independence, we join them in gratitude and prayer. We pray that God continues to guide their leaders, protect their land, and revive the hearts of the people. May America remain a nation that fears God, upholds righteousness, and continues to be a blessing to the world. We say thank you, America, and may God bless you always!
