In the village of Namasujju, we met Gloria, an elderly woman facing life’s challenges with remarkable fortitude. At the doorway of her partially constructed kitchen, she independently peeled local yams, preparing a simple lunch. Despite her solitude and being in her sixties, Gloria exemplified resilience.
