Over 180 Kids were Clothed and Hair Trimmed

In a remarkable outreach, JesusFedMe (JFM) trimmed and clothed more than 180 children from two different villages, Buvuma and Kyamutwala. This was a special day for the children, their parents, and the entire community. For many families, seeing their children receive new clothes and proper grooming was a moment they will never forget.

For the first time in the history of these communities, an outreach of this kind brought together practical care and compassion on such a meaningful scale. JFM did not simply provide material support; the team brought dignity, love, and hope to children who often have very little.

The children were trimmed and given smart clothes, transforming their appearance and giving them a renewed sense of confidence. Some who arrived looking tired and unkempt left looking completely different. Their smiles said everything about the joy they felt.

The parents were extremely happy to see their children looking smart from head to toe. Many parents expressed deep gratitude because they know how difficult it can be to provide clothing and grooming for their children when even necessities are a struggle.

This outreach reminded everyone that caring for people is not only about meeting their physical needs but also about restoring their dignity. Every child deserves to feel valued, loved, and cared for, regardless of their family’s financial situation.

What happened in Buvuma and Kyamutwala is a beautiful example of how small acts of kindness can create a great impact. A haircut, a new outfit, and a loving hand can bring confidence to a child and joy to an entire family.

JFM is grateful to everyone who makes these outreaches possible. Every contribution, prayer, and sacrifice helps the ministry reach more vulnerable families with practical help and the message of Jesus Christ.

More than 180 children went home looking smart, happy, and loved. For the children and parents of Buvuma and Kyamutwala, this was more than just receiving clothes and grooming—it was a day of dignity, joy, and hope. May God continue to use JFM to reach many more communities and bring glory to His name.

Saba Mathiew:  I was born and raised in Uganda, where my journey of learning and service began. I attended Galikwoleka Nursery School, where a strong foundation for my academic life was laid. I later participated in New Eden Christian Primary School for my primary education, a place that nurtured both my character and my love of learning.

For my secondary education, I joined Agape High School, where I completed my Ordinary Level studies. I later advanced to C.T.R, where I completed my Advanced Level education. These years shaped my discipline, resilience, and passion for communication and service.

I pursued higher education at Ndejje University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. My university training equipped me with strong skills in writing, communication, storytelling, and media engagement, which I continue to apply in my professional life.

Currently, I am employed at JesusFedMe.com (JFM) as a Logistics Specialist and Article Author. In this role, I support the coordination of ministry activities while also writing impactful stories that reflect the mission, compassion, and work of JFM. Additionally, I serve as a translator for JFM, proficient in Luganda, Kiswahili, and English, helping bridge language gaps and ensure clear communication with the communities we serve.

Through my work, I remain committed to service, communication, and supporting the mission of transforming lives through love, compassion, and faith.
