Greetings, beloved,
In my previous article, I shared the beauty of our new fellowship canopy, a magnificent blue tent that now serves as our place of worship.
Under this new blue tent, a new chapter of faith, hope, and transformation has begun. Apocalypsis African Outreach officially opened this wonderful place with a joyful celebration of faith, fellowship, and service to the community.
The grand opening marked the beginning of a vision dedicated to reaching people with the Word of GOD, strengthening families, and providing a welcoming place where lives can encounter the presence of GOD.
A Vision for a Growing Community
Under the leadership of Ignatius Sseremba, Apocalypsis African Outreach seeks to become much more than a place of worship. It is envisioned as a growing community where people can discover their purpose, receive spiritual encouragement, and experience the transforming power of GOD’s Word.
The ministry desires to reach beyond the walls of a traditional church building by serving people from many different backgrounds and proclaiming the message of salvation, faith, love, and hope.
Our guiding theme, “Faith Everlasting,” reflects our commitment to a faith that remains strong through every season.
A Celebration of Faith
The grand opening brought together worshippers, ministers, community members, and friends for a wonderful celebration filled with worship, prayer, preaching, fellowship, and thanksgiving.
This was not simply the opening of a new place of worship. It was the beginning of a journey to reach more people, share the Word of GOD, strengthen the community, and make an eternal difference in the lives of many.
Making Room for Everyone
Our next goal is to fill this beautiful space with good plastic chairs so that everyone who comes will have a comfortable place to sit. We are hoping to provide 200 chairs for the congregation and are believing GOD to meet this important need.
The Bible says:
“Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.”
1 Samuel 7:12, KJV
GOD has been faithful throughout this journey, and we believe He will continue to provide. Every chair will represent a place where someone can hear the Gospel, receive prayer, worship the LORD, and possibly make a life-changing decision to follow JESUS.
The journey has been beautiful so far, and our hearts are filled with joy and gratitude.
