During a recent door-to-door gospel outreach by JesusFedMe (JFM), six individuals experienced life-changing encounters with Jesus Christ. Among them was Sarah, a young mother burdened by the challenges of raising her children alone. When the JFM team visited her home, she listened intently to the message of salvation. The love of God moved her heart, and she prayed to accept Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Sarah expressed immense gratitude, sharing that she had longed for peace and hope, which she now found in Christ.
Awoli Budesta, an elderly widow, was another soul touched by the outreach. Living alone and struggling with loneliness, she welcomed the JFM warmly. As the gospel was shared, Budesta’s face lit up with joy. She confessed that she had never fully understood the message of salvation before but was now ready to surrender her life to Jesus Christ. After praying with us, she said she felt a newfound sense of belonging and purpose. JFM also provided her with food, easing her immediate physical needs and demonstrating God’s provision.
Namakula Juatine, a teenager, had been skeptical about faith, having grown up in a challenging environment. When JFM knocked on her door, she hesitated but eventually allowed them in. Justine began to weep as we shared the gospel, confessing that she felt unworthy of God’s love. JFM reassured her of God’s unconditional grace, and she gave her life to Christ. Justine later shared that she felt a heavy burden lifted from her heart and was eager to learn more about her new faith.
One of the most remarkable testimonies came from Kalema Lazaro. When we arrived at his home, we found him lying in his house, very sick and unable to move. Despite his condition, Kalema mustered the strength to come out and meet us. We prayed with him fervently, and he experienced an instant improvement in his health. Overwhelmed by the power of God, Kalema surrendered his life to Jesus. His testimony is a powerful reminder of God’s healing and transformative power.
Finally, Nabaluka Alice, a struggling single mother, was deeply touched by the visit. She had spent all her money during Christmas, leaving her family with nothing. The JFM team not only shared the gospel but also provided food, showing God’s love in action. Alice was moved to tears and accepted Christ, declaring she had found hope for her family. These six salvations highlight the incredible impact of JFM’s outreach, demonstrating how the gospel, coupled with acts of compassion, can transform lives and bring people closer to God.
