LOVE
One person can’t help the entire world. Humanity’s needs are vast—hunger, sickness, poverty, and spiritual emptiness affect billions. Even the most powerful and wealthy individuals cannot solve every problem. However, this reality should not discourage us from doing what we can. While we may not be able to change the whole world, we can make a difference for those within our reach.
Every small act of kindness has the power to transform a life. You are changing their world when you feed a hungry person, comfort someone in distress, or share the gospel with a searching heart. For them, your kindness is not just another act—it is a lifeline, a touch of God’s love, and a sign of hope. What may seem like a small effort to you can mean everything to someone in need.
Jesus Himself did not heal every sick person on earth or feed every hungry soul, but those He did touch experienced life-changing miracles. He focused on individuals, showing compassion and love to those He encountered. In the same way, we are called to help those God places in our path. If each of us commits to reaching a few, the ripple effect of love and service will be far more significant than we can imagine.
Rather than being overwhelmed by the vastness of the world’s problems, we should focus on the opportunities before us. We are fulfilling God’s call by feeding the hungry, sharing the gospel, and loving our neighbors. We may not change the whole world, but for those we help, their world will never be the same.
