Born 1955 in the United States of America, Bill Wegener’s early years were marred by hardship and adversity. Placed in a foster home at a young age due to familial discord, he endured mistreatment from his mother, leading to a deep-seated self-loathing. Tragically, the loss of his brother compounded his sense of isolation, leaving him to navigate the challenges of childhood as an orphan, reliant solely on the grace of God for sustenance and support.
Through the transformative power of faith, Bill experienced a profound shift in perspective. Finding salvation in his darkest hour, he discovered a newfound purpose and resolved to imbue his life with meaning. Drawing strength from his trials, he resolved to become a beacon of hope for others, particularly those who, like him, had experienced the pain of abandonment and neglect.
In response to his calling, Bill embarked on a mission to extend compassion and assistance to the world’s most vulnerable. Motivated by his harrowing upbringing, he founded the “Jesusfedme charity,” dedicated to providing essential resources and support to needy orphans. Recognizing the pivotal role of necessities such as food, shelter, and education in shaping the trajectory of young lives, Bill committed himself wholeheartedly to this noble cause.
Through “Jesusfedme,” Bill sought to break the cycle of despair and deprivation that had defined his early years.
