For Such a Time as This

In Uganda, countless families wake up each day wondering if there will be food for their children. Hunger is a constant shadow, and hope can feel like a distant dream. Yet, in the midst of their struggle, GOD has given us a calling—to step into “such a time as this” and bring both physical nourishment and the Bread of Life. As Esther 4:14 reminds us, “and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” We believe this moment is no accident. GOD has placed us here to meet the needs of the poor and to share His love in word and deed.

When we bring rice to the hungry, their faces light up with gratitude. But even more, when we open the Word of GOD and share the gospel, we see lives changed forever. A bag of rice can fill a stomach, but the message of Jesus Christ fills the soul. As Jesus said in John 6:35, “I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger.” Our mission is to see the poorest of the poor not only fed but also transformed by the saving power of JESUS.

This work is only possible through the generosity of faithful donors. Every gift of love helps us put food in the hands of the hungry and the gospel in the hearts of the lost. Together, we are bringing hope, change, and eternal life to those who need it most—for such a time as this.
