This Christmas season, JesusFedMe (JFM) had the privilege of following in Jesus’ footsteps by serving children in a special way. Just as our Lord demonstrated humility and love by washing the feet of His disciples, we, too, washed the feet of precious children in need. These little ones, often overlooked and struggling with the harsh realities of life, experienced the love of Christ through a simple yet profound act of service.
After washing their feet, we dressed them in new clothes and shoes, symbolizing the newness and hope found in Christ. This act of love reminded us of Jesus’ words:
“If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.” – John 13:14 (KJV)
Through this gesture, we shared the gospel in action, demonstrating that Jesus cares for our spiritual well-being and physical needs. As we clothed these children, we reflected on the words of Matthew 25:40:
“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
Each pair of shoes and each new outfit was a reminder that every child is precious in God’s eyes, and they are clothed with dignity and love through Him.
We are grateful to be His hands and feet this Christmas, serving His beloved children. Thank you to everyone who supported this mission. Together, we are spreading the joy and hope of Jesus Christ to those who need it most.
May we continue to serve like Jesus, bringing light and love to the world around us.
Merry Christmas from JFM! 🎄✨
